Welcome to Lyon, the capital of chemistry and French cuisine, and to the Rhône-Alpes region, to which I am so deeply attached.
Despite the economic crisis - maybe even because of it - this event was able to see the light of day in Lyon, thanks to the sheer willpower of bitumen emulsion producers and their professional associations, in association with the organization committee.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their help.
